Job Information

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide resolutions. Keep customers informed on request status and progress and update the cases. Close the cases upon confirmation with users.
  • Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in technology or related discipline
  • At least one year’s experience in Technical support / Infrastructure support or Helpdesk
  • Working knowledge in Windows OS or Network systeme
  • Desktop computing support and remote connectivity experience.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure.
