Job Information

The Clients are including the MNC, technology companies, Banking & Finance industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, desktop applications, networking, remote access, telecommunications, and enterprise wide applications.
  • Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide resolutions.
  • Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in technology or related discipline
  • Working knowledge in IT infrastructure / System administration
  • Desktop support and remote connectivity experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure
  • Fresh graduates are also considered
